We take responsibility for the order until it is delivered to the customer. However, we are not responsible under the following conditions:
a) Customer’s failure to respond to communication.
b) Incorrect contact details or address provided by the customer.

5. Customer Contact
Customers are required to provide a reachable phone number for general phone calls.
The courier will not contact customers through any social media platforms for delivery.

We are not responsible for any plant damages caused by delivery delays due to the customer not responding to calls or providing incorrect contact information.
