Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns only if the plant is damaged beyond recovery or is dead upon delivery.
In such cases, customers must send us a photo as proof within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Proof submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. Please send the proof along with your
order number to WhatsApp: (+94) 777 99 48 59.
If the plant is damaged but appears to be survivable, we recommend monitoring it for up to 2
weeks. If the plant fails to survive within that period, the customer should send us a photo as
proof. We will then provide either a refund or a replacement plant. For replacement of free
plants, there will be no delivery charge. If a refund is requested, it will only cover the cost of
the damaged plant; the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.
If the customer places a new order and requests it to be delivered along with the
replacement plant, the Rs. 450 delivery charge for the new order will not be applied.
However, we will not be responsible for refunds or replacements in the following cases:
● If the customer is unreachable by phone, or has provided an incorrect contact
number, and delivery is delayed resulting in plant damage.
● If the customer has provided an incorrect address, causing delivery delays and plant
damage.
Once the order is handed over to the customer in good condition, the customer is
responsible for taking care of the plants. We will not offer refunds or replacements if the plant
dies after successful delivery without any damage.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to a change of
mind.
